Again: OpenVMS does nothing to take particular advantage of the changes.
Yes, it's faster, due to the intrinsic speed improvements of the 
Poulson processor.
But OpenVMS didn't do anything to take advantage of the changes.
I'd expect there are probably some changes that could be (could have 
been made) to speed OpenVMS on the Poulson-class boxes.
