After last sale of *VMS*, maybe. Not after last sale of hardware.

No. HP could stop selling VMS anytime (and support 5 years after that).

Now, that 5-year thing is irrelevant anyway. Currently VMS has support
until 2025 and Tukwilla end of sale is 2015, right? Seems as 10 years.

That has little to do with support commitments.
