Yes, back when I was working for a Big Name I filled out a similar request
for access to more detailed information than the management-speak on a web
site, and within 24 hours had their European Director on the phone
offering to jump on a plane and come and give us a presentation.
He couldn't be fobbed off easily so I ended up lying and telling him I was
now on a completely different project. I was not best pleased at having
to do that.
