MFTU V1.15  -  Mail File Transfer Utility

This tool encodes VAX/VMS files into a text file that can be handled by
mailers, and decodes encoded files.  It also Huffman packs files for
archive purposes, and can unpack these packed archive files.

Runs under both OpenVMS VAX and OpenVMS AXP.  This distribution packaged
