[Info-vax] Numpy and Pandas (Python libraries) on OpenVMS 8.4 on Itanium/Integrity?

The "thing" is that they doesn't seems to be native Python
libraries/modules but have also a backend written i C.
So it's not only a simple "Python-install" but the
backend has also to be copiled on OpenVMS.
