[Info-vax] Numpy and Pandas (Python libraries) on OpenVMS 8.4 on Itanium/Integrity?

Exactly.  That's why I'm asking the question and why I provided info about C and Cython which will be needed for the build.  Native python libraries are of course trivial to install (as they're just text files).

I know it is possible to do this, I'm just hoping someone else has already done it and has a build script customized for VMS.  Without that I have to alter a unix-oriented script myself and for me that will be more time than it's worth (if I can succeed at all).
