Looks quite interesting; can operate over IP and other packet 
transports (maybe even DDCMP and SCS, if somebody wanted to work on 
that), avoids various issues with IP and scaling, and shares some 
aspects of torrents.  Having each hunk of data digitally signed is 
certainly an interesting approach to distributed security, too.

It'll be inteesting to see how fast and how efficiently the NDN 
deployments can run on real networks, and whether NDN works out as 
intended and planned by its designers.

Yet another project that VSI may have to look at.  Eventually.
