[Info-vax] HP OpenVMS Patch Access Web Page Disfunctional?

Currently I am unable to gain access to OpenVMS patches using the usual HP ITRC web page. I get the following error message:


Authorization service failure

An unrecoverable error occurred while attempting to use the authorization service. Please select the Patch Management link and start again.

The same error message is generated when I attempt to "view your current patch access privileges". Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I have been getting this message for the past four consecutive days and was wondering whether this was a new "feature" of HP's Web based OpenVMS patch access or if there is something particularly wrong with my browser/network environment.
