That's a fairly typical error with the HP HPSC web site.

Usual cargo cult suggestions for these sorts of errors:
...Clear out all your cookies and restart your web browser.
...If that fails, try a different web browser; MSIE or Firefox.
...If the problem persists, contact HP directly.

HPSC is running slower-than-usual today, but does seem to be working.
