Note that there is no rule that mail has to go out through the
same server, or even the same ISP, that accepts your incoming
mail.
Most that I know, if they accept outgoing mail (properly
authenticated, if needed) will accept it with any return
address (well, maybe an address that exists, but it doesn't
have to be to your ISP).
If you use more than one IMAP or POP account, you still only
need one outgoing (SMTP) server.
