[Info-vax] Alliance1 and HPSC patch management access problems today, anyone else having issues?

Yep, I was unable to access the patch site (could authenticate but could not search/browse OpenVMS patches) all day Wednesday (I first tried accessing the site at 10:00 EST). Access was intermittent Thursday morning.
