I normally access Patch Maintenance thru my employer's firewall so I never know were the fault lies. Today (Saturday) I attempted to a access Patch Maintenance from home with two different browsers (IE11 and FF32) but ended up with the same results:
1) First off, after inputting my username and password it takes exactly 60 seconds to get a new page)
2) Accessing "Patch Maintenance" always fails the first time but succeeds on the second attempt.
3) Clicking the OpenVMS link is intermittent; sometimes something loads; sometimes it does not; no noticeable pattern
4) Once the VMS page loads, browsing the patch list never worked today (always get a timeout after 2 minutes). However, searching for a patch (I searched for "TCPIP") retrieves a smaller data-set and this always works.
5) browsing the patch list worked yesterday (Friday) as you limited the number of items to 25. It always failed for limit=50.
Must be bad weather rolling across HP's cloud
