You've already tried forcibly establishing case-preserving RMS extended
parsing (and maybe the CRTL logical name settings) in the symbiont
process?

Assuming that doesn't (and it probably won't) work: seems like a minor
bug in the symbiont, and fodder for an eventual discussion with VSI.

There are no relevant DCPS logical names in the documentation, though
I've not "string"'d the relevant images.

DECprint Supervisor should just "do the right thing" here, depending on
the case of the arriving file and capabilities of the printer, but we
wouldn't be having this discussion if it did that.

As an alternative to waiting for VSI to get their
contract-administration and bug-tracking systems on the air, you could
toss a bug report at HP VMS Engineering.
