Without some details on the corruption and the commands used to show 
that data, and related, there's not much that I can contribute.

If you have backups, roll those in.

Given this configuration is probably using an on-line backup, you'll 
want to verify the recovered file is consistent.  Though rather 
beneficially for this case, RIGHTSLIST isn't modified all that often, 
so what's on disk prior to the corruption is probably good enough, 
modulo any users or identifiers added or changed more recently.
