[Info-vax] Alliance1 and HPSC patch management access problems today, anyone else having issues?

That is the message I see most often. To make matters worse, every so often I am offered to provide website feedback to HP. It is the same form you get when everything is working properly which makes me think they have no clue (alarm-wise) about theses problems.
That said, I just checked my account today (Thursday, Sep-25) and everything seems fast (no 60-second delays) and never craps out when you search for a non-existent patch phrases like "neil"
