No, and they don't seem very enthusiastic about supporting Alpha in the
future.

They've done a great job of supporting 32 bit and smaller machines. They
seem to feel supporting a 64 bit guest on 32 bit hosts would be too much
of a performance hit to be worth doing.
I don't think they would stop somebody from contributing an Alpha machine
to the SIMH code repository. As far as the guys already working on SIMH
nobody seemed interested in taking this on.
I prefer SIMH over other emulators when possible because it is more
portable than the others I know about that are either Linux or
Windows-centric. SIMH actually builds and runs on many POSIX OS and works
perfectly fine on a non-x86 host, too.
