Was this in the business plan punted at investors?

Didn't a lot of people now rescued by the good ship VSI already lose 
their redundancy cheques trying to do the same thing on their own (or 
with one or two others)?

I think it's a good thing except having to pay for excess capacity and 
payroll just so we can have jobs-for-the-boys.
