Other side of coin:

With VSI putting live into an otherwise dead VMS, the remaining VMS
talent should be happy to see VSI agressively pursuing customers and
stopping their plans to migrate off VMS.

And those with positive attitudes might even get contracts with VSI to
serve those customers.
