Ya know Richard, I don't see it happening that way.  Just about the worst thing 
VSI could do is backstab the remaining VMS talent.

Now, one thing VSI could do is to build a database of VMS talent, and when 
someone contacts VSI they could mention the local talent.  The actual 
capabilities of the local talent might be something to question.  Also the 
customer relations problem.  Perhaps some VMS users and some VMS talent don't 
get along very well.

So, when contacted, VSI could mention the local talent, without vouching for 
them, and still be available if that's what the customer wants.
