They're located on Jack, AFAIK.  (Without being able to confirm due to 
the outage, that's where the files are intended to be located.)

Gein has a known-old and known-flaky IDE disk that doesn't reset and 
reinitialize itself secondary to a reboot, and — among other hardware 
work that's been pending for a while — that disk is due to be replaced, 
and that memory due to be upgraded.

There's a replacement disk and your memory upgrade on site.   Travel to 
Bolton is entirely manageable.  Travel to Jacksonville and the Deathrow 
cluster is a much more involved project.
