Most folks will not select OpenVMS out of the blue.   At all.  
Irrespective of a web server.

Probably?    Even if the configuration is not starting from scratch, 
and even if OpenVMS is in use, it's still common to use some other 
platform for the "front-end" web services.

OP still should learn more about other platforms, as those are what 
even OpenVMS sites are going to be looking at, and what they're going 
to be expecting, and what sort of ease-of-use or integration might be 
involved.  Because it's not just the web server that folks are going to 
be looking for.  They're probably going to be looking for Apache or 
maybe nginx, too.  Not WASD.
