Yes but :)

Making a mistake once is, in general, forgivable, though sometimes it
may indicate that the development and test process needs improvement.

If it's a mistake that's been seen before and is well known, there's
less of an excuse.

Fortunately the people in the IT world never repeat a mistake
that's well known and documented.
