Yes it does, on VAX.

On anything a little more current:

SYSMAN> IO AUTOCONFIGURE

Also:

SYSMAN> IO LOAD

to load a specific driver.

Like the "Note" for the IO LOAD command:

  NOTE
  Be very careful when issuing a SYSMAN IO LOAD command
  because the system does little error-checking.
