[Info-vax] IP KVM for PS/2 Alphaservers?

I had little success using the function keys with a direct COM1 serial connection (which are critical to managing the SA6402 offline), so I have no reason to believe they will work any better adding a terminal server or other "serial to IP" solutions to the mix.
The Rose Ultralink2 is an interesting possibility, but the apparent cost of $US1600 for 4 ports is beyond what I can spend for a solution.
I'm currently working to implement an inexpensive wired 4-port KVM
along with a monitor and a sliding tray for a keyboard and mouse.
Not remotely manageable, but it gives me a workable solution.
