I find it easier and simpler to setup an Lantronix ETS16P and connect
the serial ports to whatever serial equipment I have.

Then just connect (PyTTY or whatever) to the IP address of
the Lantronix and IP port 3001 - 3016 for each port.

A PC with XP does more or less the same job, but the Lantronix
is simpler to admin.
