Really?

The problem is that VSI doesn't have a support organization yet. If I 
want to call VSI in the Netherlands, or Jan-Erik wants to call VSI in 
Sweden, we can't There are no VSI offices over here.

That is very understandable, and should not be taken as criticism on VSI.

We can call HP, and HP will support VSI products, as they have stated:

And why not, they also support Linux and Windows, why not VSI OpenVMS?
