Why are you bothering with this?  We've known for some time now that HP 
didn't want to support VMS or anything associated with it.  Nothing 
surprising in what you wrote about.

VSI gives HP the "out" they've wanted all along.

If someone whats support for any of those products, HP will point to VSI.
