Yes, last time I "used" VMS support (8-9 years ago) it was
someone in the Netherlands. It had moved out of Sweden already
at that time. I couldn't care less where it is located.
And of course, *someone* will always be able to claim that they
have "local support". The support has to be somewhere...
And I prefer good support somewhere over bad support localy. :-)
