Actually, I can agree with the concept of getting VSI supported 
products.  I think the details of doing so are what's important.

If you're using the products in a commercial endeavor, then you should 
have a support contract and be paying VSI for that support.  This is 
actually the way I've been hoping things would go.

However, and maybe from Steve's speculations, I've now somehow got the 
suspicion that there might be "sales" of the products.  That there might 
be "sales" of products customers have already paid for in the past.  If 
this is so, I for one don't think it's a good idea, and I also feel that 
it just might be counter productive.

Many customers might not need i4, and that could be a considerable loss 
of revenue for VSI if they do not upgrade.

But since I don't at this time know the details, I guess we'll have to 
wait and see what actually happens.
