[Info-vax] another HP website fubar

Okay so it has been a while since HP (or a contractor working for HP) buggered the OpenVMS website. Today I visited this bookmarked link http://h71000.www7.hp.com/portability/ which worked as expected. Then I visited the parent site http://h71000.www7.hp.com only to see "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Test Page"
