Yeah; the HPE web site content migration has apparently been restarted. 
 Seems to have been going for most of this week.  Even the 
"/go/openvms" URLs are going to weird places, and the documentation URL 
is depositing me at a generic HPE "Product Support & Troubleshooting" 
search page with no OpenVMS content apparently available.

FWIW, the OpenVMS docs are reachable at an alternate web site outside 
of the old OpenVMS h71000 web site at 
<http://h30266.www3.hp.com/odl/axpos/opsys/vmsos84/index.html>

Not that VSI needs any more incentive to get their web site online...
