For access to the boot and maintenance partitions (if present), use the 
provided and undocumented and unsupported EFI$CP tool.

As for GPT-level access from non-OpenVMS tools, have at.  Just don't 
resize, alter, tweak, adjust or otherwise modify anything, as those 
tools are not likely to be aware of the overlay hackery I used to get 
this to work.
