Looking for help in resolving an issue. We are migrating from Alpah to Itanium, and as code is recompiled and tested the developers ran into this issue.

Version of Oracle Client on both environemnts in 10gr2

Any ideas on how to figure out what region its talking about ? Going to try and get help from Oracle but as this is for openvms not really holding my breath
