   Define "replace".

   Before DEC sold RDB to Oracle, we were running Oracle on VMS.
   Functionally, I suspect anyone could replace RDB with Oracle
   on VMS today.

   Should we assume you are looking for API level compatablilty
   when you say "replace", and having 1 instead of 2?
