Unless you can prove it is because of race, color or national origin, they
don't have to do business with you at all. And, as in the case of my
situation, all the tariffs in the world can't make cable pairs magically
appear. And they are not going to do a major (yes, major, I ran cable
for a living in a previous life and engineered it in another previous
life so I know what is involved) plant upgrade so I can have a wired
phone.
