How? No phone means no UUCP as well as no Internet. :-)
Because a text based medium like USENET is low bandwidth and not
adversely affedted by high latency I expect it will be one part
of my Internet experience I will be able to continue using the
"WIFI hot-spot" feature of my cell phone. Just haven't decided
if I should read it online or set up a small server and suck the
groups I am interested in.
