   One of the reaons we solved all our 1980s computing problems by
   using VAXen was because VMS was so darn easy to learn and use.

   If the nearby U stopped putting out folks with VMS knowledge, someone
   higher up in AccuWeather may have learned that wasn't actually a
   problem.
