Then you might have a problem, as that IBM lifecycle site certainly
makes it appear that all WebSphere MQ client support for OpenVMS on
both Alpha and Itanium is ending in 2016. There's no indications of a
WebSphere MQ client release that's supported past 2016.
Are you looking to get ported to Itanium before the EOL and get any
support requests logged, and then run unsupported? (Or is there a
release that's not listed?)

How well that works depends on local requirements — many of the
enterprise environments tend not to be early adopters, for better and
for worse, and for a variety of reasons.

With no certain path to WebSphere MQ Client support on OpenVMS for x86, either.
But then you clearly have a large and rather complex problem lurking
within this case, and you may well be left to decide to migrate away
from WebSphere MQ everywhere, or to migrate away from OpenVMS, this
assuming you want and need IBM support for WebSphere MQ client.
