I'll add a little to what Rob said. First, only HP employees are allowed on HP development systems so the HP Team did all the work. At HP's request we had two engineers there observing, but mostly learning how things were being packaged for us. Seven tapes were mailed from India on a Monday morning and we had them in hand at noon on Wednesday. The HP Team put weeks of preparation work into the transfer and had many legal restrictions on what they could do. Given the very unusual circumstances we could not have expected much more from the technical team. Was it perfect? No. Would we have liked some things to have been done differently? Sure. But here we are just days away from going into final qual for Field Test. There are still difficult technical and legal issues to be worked but this was (is still) a daunting exchange and things are continuing to move forward.
