[Info-vax] Google Maps auto pan on draggable objects fails on Mobile all browsers

What happens on the VSI Secure Web Browser when you put the debugger in 
phone emulation mode?

Here's the problem: -

Google Maps v3 API all PC-based browsers work fine with: - 
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/polygon-draggable

and: -

https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/polygon-draggable

But on a mobile Phone Android (Chrome, FireFox, Opera) or Windows IE11, 
if you drag the triangles to the edge the Map refuses to Pan.

With the Marker example in the 2nd link, the Panning seems to work on 3 
of the 4 sides.

Does everyone else agree there's a problem? Anyone with a work-around?
