[Info-vax] Remap keys on LK4xx

I'm more used to PC keyboards where CTRL is around the ALT.  I read through
the Programmer's Manual and it seems it is not possible as ALT is not part of
DECUDK so you cannot redefine it.

And as I use screen(1) I wanted to redefine its default Command key (CTRL-A)
to something that will involve two hands, like (CTRL-N).  This is easily done
so I'm OK.
