Apple buys "FoundationDB"  (probably just hiring their staff) and the
products are pulled from web site, no longer available, no longer
maintained.

VMS has been lucky that at least, while neglected under Palmer, Capellas
and HP, it wasn't killed outright until last year. (But Alpha was).
