Just because they "announced" development moved to India doesn't mean there wasn't some red headed step child chained in a basement somewhere in America forced to run nightly builds.

Anyone who has been reading c.o.v for a while might remember the post by 
VSI that they had people in India to get the VMS sources, build 
commands, and such.  (Unless I dreamed the post)

So, yes, it was happening in India ....
