I'm not so certain about that. While coding was sent there, I'm not so certain the full build process was being done there. This is HP we speak of. A company which announces they are getting out of the PC business without first finding a buyer for the division. Just because they "announced" development moved to India doesn't mean there wasn't some red headed step child chained in a basement somewhere in America forced to run nightly builds.
