I have. It's on my laptop. Saved from the web.

I havn't "used" the web based docs for some time, since shortly
after V8.4 was released I think. The docs for V8.4 on my laptop
hasn't changed since then, as far as I know.

Distributing anything (docs or software) on CD is very outdated.
