And that is still usualy true. If you prefer, you can also download
the PDFs in advance, of course.

CDs are still the 90's technology.

B.t.w, aren't there some ISO image of the docs CD available?

Anf finaly, yes I agree that the mixed case links/filenames
shouldn't been there at all... :-)
