[Info-vax] booting on a single disk from a shadowset

Tom,

the System Parameter SHADOW_SYS_TMO controls, who long the boot will wait for all the previous members of the System disk shadowset to be configured.

If the boot times out waiting for all the members, it will form the System disk shadowset with the available members (in your case: DKA100:) and will continue to boot.
