Somebody said your next step should be

  $ COPY DUA1: LICENSE.COM

Sounds right to me.  If it fails, be sure to post the exact %mumble message
that you get, along with the command you typed.

Then you can DIR/FU LICENSE.COM and TYPE LICENSE.COM/PAGE=SAVE, or even
EDIT LICENSE.COM to see if you like it.  If you do, then

  $ @LICENSE
