[Info-vax] Suppress blank lines added by HP SSH?

I am seeing the same behavior from:

VMS -> VMS (same box)
Ubuntu 14.04 (up to date on patches) -> VMS (Same box/account as above)

And most importantly on Jenkins on the Ubuntu 14.04 which refuses to 
deal with the blank lines that it labels junk.

It is showing up on two accounts, one does not have a login.com yet.

But as I already posted, the issue is moot.  Once I launched the 
slave.jar via the alternate method, it stil did not work.

So now I am on plan C, linux Jenkins slave using NFS/SSH/telnet to 
control builds on group of VMS boxes.
