[Info-vax] Curl, zLib and VSI V8.4-1H1 Kit Dependency Issue

This likely is John Malmberg question, but may apply to all open source
OpenVMS PCSI kits if they have the same dependency built in.

Note: for VSI V8.4-1H1, PCSI shows OS as " VSI I64VMS VMS V8.4-1H1"

Trying to install the latest Curl and zLib kits and came across the 
following PCSI dependency issue:

"PCSI-W-SFTREF, product VMSPORTS I64VMS ZLIB V1.2-8 references 
product HP I64VMS VMS"

* Product VMSPORTS I64VMS ZLIB V1.2-8 cannot be processed because
* one or more software dependencies (identified earlier)
* on other products cannot be satisfied.  Make available
* the prerequisite product kits and retry the operation.

Thoughts on how to address?
